Introduction
The Magnolia Clinic ("we," "us," or "our") provides virtual functional medicine services.
These T&Cs govern your use of our services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these T&Cs. By signing this agreement, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
Definitions
"Services" refers to the virtual functional medicine consultations and related services provided by The Magnolia Clinic.
"Client" or "you" refers to any individual who uses our services.
Scope of Services
The Magnolia Clinic offers functional medicine consultations focusing on lifestyle modifications, diet, supplements, and holistic health practices.
Our services are for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee specific results from our services.
We do not provide acute medical care. If you develop acute symptoms (even while attending our clinic), you must contact your GP, call 999/111, or visit your local hospital for acute medical treatment. Our clinic does not replace GP or hospital treatment, nor does it replace other conventional or alternative medical practices, such as Chinese medicine. If medication adjustments become necessary, we will (with your permission) write to your GP requesting changes, subject to their agreement.
Medical Disclaimer
Our services are for informational purposes only. We cannot diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always consult your GP for the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. If medication changes are necessary, we will suggest you speak to your GP to request adjustments, which will be subject to their approval.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider regarding any medical condition.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
You agree to follow any treatment plans and recommendations provided.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Communication with Your GP
To ensure coordinated care, we seek your explicit consent to share information with your GP regarding your plan at The Magnolia Clinic in cases such as:
Informing them that we are involved in your care as a courtesy
Informing them if we generate a medical prescription
Requesting assistance, such as generating a referral
If you do not consent to this communication, we will respect your decision. However, there are certain medications we cannot prescribe without GP involvement.
Informed Consent
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations outlined above. You also agree to keep your GP informed about your participation in our program.
Empowerment and Shared Responsibility
The Magnolia Clinic is committed to empowering you to take charge of your health. Your commitment and dedication play a crucial role in achieving health goals. Since each person is unique, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Your baseline health, duration of illness, and response to treatment influence outcomes. Our role is to provide technical, scientific, and medical support to empower you. The success of your journey depends on your active participation.
